Long - Viola Reynolds

After only a few days illness, Viola Reynolds Long died Wednesday morning. She had been in poor health for the past six months suffering with heart trouble. She passed away at the home of her sister, Mrs. James Watson. Mrs. Long was well known here where she was born and raised being a daughter of the late Horace Reynolds. She was a kind and devoted mother and wife and a favorite with all. Mrs. Long was born Aug 15, 1848. She was married to David L. Long who died recently. To this union two sons were born, Charles, deceased and Austin H. of Chicago. The funeral services will be (sic) held at the home of Mrs. Watson 301 W. Main Street at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Burial was (sic) made in Oak Hill Cemetery. kbz
